Meadow Walker finds comfort in watching dad Paul's movies

Meadow Walker takes solace in watching her late father Paul Walker’s movies because it helps keep his memory alive.

“They always say the first thing you forget about someone is their voice, so I’m fortunate enough to have his voice in many movies,” the model, 24, told Tausi Insider exclusively at WSJ. Magazine’s Innovator Awards on Wednesday.

“I like to watch [his movies] at night. For me, it brings me joy to talk about him and keep his spirit alive.”

Paul, who was best known for his role as Brian O’Conner in the “Fast and Furious” franchise, died in a fiery car crash in 2013. He was 40 years old.

Meadow — his only child — was just 15 when her father died.

The now-young woman, who has since started the Paul Walker Foundation in her dad’s honor, confessed to us that it was initially surreal seeing the “outpouring of love” for the late “Into the Blue” star.

“Honestly, I just saw him as my dad, and I think he kept me very behind the scenes of everything, so I didn’t realize how big his fan base was,” Meadow said at the gala, held at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.

“To see the continuation — even now, the outpouring of love is honestly kind of amazing but also weird.”

She continued, “It’s like, ‘That’s my dad,’ but at the same time, it’s amazing. He’s an amazing person, he’s my best friend, [and] it’s lovely to see how many people love him.”

Meadow went on to share just how much Paul has meant to her throughout her life despite their short time together.
