Erika Jayne says she was joking about PK, Dorit Kemsley breakup
Erika Jayne is backtracking on her comments about Dorit and Paul “PK” Kemsley’s marriage.
After PK shaded Jayne on Instagram for claiming his marriage was on the rocks, the “Pretty Mess” singer commented on his post claiming it was all in good fun.
“When did you get so sensitive? You know damn well I was joking..” the reality star wrote.
Over the weekend, Jayne predicted her “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” co-stars would be the next Bravolebrities to divorce during a panel at BravoCon.
After being asked which relationship was headed to “Splitsville,” the 51-year-old initially dodged the question, saying she felt “bad.”
However, she quickly changed her tune and marched to centerstage before revealing “Dorit and PK.”
Many “Housewives” and fans of the Bravo franchise were shocked by Jayne’s decision to throw her friend under the bus — including PK.
The talent agent dissed Jayne on Monday on social media, saying Jayne should be hesitant to give marriage advice given her own relationship issues.
“Erika Jayne thought her husband was innocent. She thought the ankle is more important than the brain. She thought she should keep the earrings,” he wrote, alluding to Jayne and estranged husband Tom Girardi’s legal woes.
The 55-year-old continued, “Now, she thinks Dorit and I are next to Split up ….Here’s a quick bit of management advice … stop thinking!”
Jayne filed for divorce from the 83-year-old disbarred attorney in 2020 after he was accused of stealing millions of dollars from his clients’ settlement money — which he used to buy the reality star a pair of $750,000 diamond earrings.
Dorit, 46, has also spoken out since Jayne’s shocking admission at BravoCon, commenting, “misery loves company,” on an Instagram video from the event.
“What else can [I] say? Our friends, those that truly know us, know what we have and who we are,” she added.
The pair — who started dating in 2011 and tied the knot in 2015 — have faced split rumors in the past.
Back in 2020, rumors started swirling that the pair were living separately while working through a divorce — which the Kemsleys denied.
They share two children: son Jagger, 8, and daughter Phoenix, 6.
