Erika Jayne is backtracking on her comments about Dorit and Paul “PK” Kemsley’s marriage. After PK shaded Jayne on Instagram for claiming his marriage was on the rocks, the “Pretty Mess” singer commented on his post claiming it was all in good fun. “When did you get so sensitive? Dolphins' Xavien Howard files motion to dismiss STD lawsuit

Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard filed a motion on Friday to dismiss a complaint by an unnamed woman alleging that he knowingly and negligently gave her a sexually transmitted disease. Through his attorney, Alan Mensa-Wilmot, Howard called it “the epitome of a shakedown,” according to ESPN , which reported that Howard’s motion was filed two days after the plaintiff filed their complaint against him in Broward County on Oct. 26. The plaintiff alleges Howard knowingly gave her an STD during the course of a multi-year sexual relationship. The woman is demanding a trial by jury and is suing Howard for damages in excess of $30,000, according to the lawsuit. Howard’s motion reportedly includes a number of screenshots showing alleged text messages from the plaintiff, listed as Jane Doe, which “make it abundantly clear that Plaintiff is nothing more than a scorned ex-lover” seeking a financial gain.
